What data we collect and why

Contact form

When you send us a request through the contact form we receive your name, email address, what you need, your estimated budget and your message. We use this data only to answer your request and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal.

  • Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in answering the enquiries we receive.
  • Retention: we keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request. If we start working together, we keep it for the duration of the project and for as long as we are legally required to.

The form sends your message to our mailbox; the website does not store it in its database.

Technical data

Like any website, the server that hosts everom.net receives technical data when you visit it (such as your IP address, browser and the pages you request). We use it only to deliver the website and keep it secure.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. To run this website we rely on service providers that process data on our behalf:

  • Hostinger, the provider of the server where this website is hosted, located in the United States;
  • Contabo, the provider of the server where our own email service runs, located in Europe. Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to and stored on this server;
  • Google Fonts (Google LLC), which serves the fonts used on this website and therefore receives your IP address when the page loads;
  • Google Analytics (Google LLC), only if you accept analytics cookies.

International transfers

Everom, LLC is based in the United States, and this website is hosted there. If you contact us from outside the United States, including from the European Union, your data will be processed in the United States. We do so because it is necessary to answer the request you make to us. The messages you send us through the contact form are stored on our email server in Europe.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to privacy@everom.net and we will answer within one month.

If you are in the European Union and believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can also file a complaint with the data protection authority of your country (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data we will update this page and its date.
